Eligibility Criteria for Reimbursement Package:
In recognition of the restrictions that select users are currently experiencing within the app, we are offering a reimbursement package to affected users. To be eligible for the reimbursement package, users must meet the following criteria:
1. Paid Subscription Plan: Users must have had an active paid subscription plan on or after the 15th August.
2. Transaction Activity: Users must have made no transactions with their Virtual Card and earned no rewards to be eligible.
3. Empty Perks Slots: Users must not have utilised any of their perks to be eligible.
Reimbursements will match 100% of the value of your subscription cost and will be credited to your account as Pluton Rewards, accompanied by a goodwill gesture bonus from us as a token of our appreciation. If you are eligible, you will be emailed between 28th September regarding your reimbursement.
