Your Plutus Debit Card may have been declined at a merchant for a number of reasons. These include:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- You have frozen your Plutus Debit Card. For more information on this, see this article here
- You have reached your spending limits. Read more about limits here
- For security reasons, your card may have been automatically blocked
- You attempted to use your card at a pay-at-pump fuel station
- You haven't moved your funds from your Plutus Account balance to your Plutus Debit Card balance - you can find a guide on that here
