As the PlutusDEX is a decentralised exchange, cryptocurrency funds are sent directly to the buyer from the sellers personal Metamask account.
In many cases, an unconfirmed transaction simply needs more time to be picked up by the network and be completed. In cases of high network congestion, this can take up to a few hours.
It is important not to reduce the gas fee on your Metamask transaction when selling ETH or PLU as this may result in a slow or failed transaction.
