Absolutely, though only under certain situations. Plutus is dedicated to protecting our customers and their funds, as such any chargeback request will be considered.
Appropriate situations to open a chargeback request include:
- An unauthorised transaction
- You have been charged for an unsuccessful ATM transaction
- A subscription service is making it difficult/impossible to unsubscribe
- A merchant is making it difficult/impossible to get a just refund

There are a number of factors which must be considered when beginning the chargeback process. Only transactions made in the past 120 days can be disputed whilst gambling services are completely exempt from chargebacks.
In order to increase your chances of a successful chargeback, please collate all relevant information. This could include; receipts, statements, correspondence with the seller etc.
Due to the nature of the chargebacks, the process can be slow with some chargebacks taking up to 120 days to finalise.
