We’re very sorry to hear that! However, no worries. All your data within the app is password-protected - so there’s no way somebody will get access to your Plutus account. As an additional security measure, we have our Multi-Factor Authentication in place to protect you from anybody with malicious intent towards your funds.
Although your data should be secure, we still recommend that you change your account password using our Web app - it’s better to be safe than sorry. For a guide on how to do that, click here.
That way, when you obtain a replacement device, you will be able to download the Plutus App and start managing your Plutus App and start managing your account right away - by simply logging in with your credentials.
