How do my limits work?
Your daily spending limit is reset each day at midnight, London time (GMT).
As for our weekly, monthly, and yearly spending limits - these are operating on a basis of rolling limits.
If on 1st of January you spend £500 online then your E-commerce weekly/monthly/yearly limit will be reduced by £500.
Following that, your weekly limit will be reduced until the 8th of January, your monthly one until the 1st of February, and your yearly one until the 1st of January next year.
Where can I check what’s left of my limit?
Currently, we do not have an option for users to manually check what’s left of their limit. If you’d like to monitor your spending, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with the numbers.
