If you’ve forgotten your PIN, but need it to complete your purchase, please simply follow these steps:
1. Sign-in to your Plutus Tap & Pay account
2. Tap on Info
3. Tap on Show Pin
4. Your card PIN will be shown. Please remember you will only see the initial PIN, if you decide to change it make sure you can remember it.
Please note : To access your PIN, you need to activate your card first.
