Why are we changing the limits?
Because we listened to you, our users! In order to provide our users with more flexibility when it comes to utilising all the features that Plutus offers, we have decided to significantly increase the card spending limit. We also made changes to fees and the new card spending limits and fees can be found here.
When will this change take place?
We will be writing to all members to give them two months’ notice of the change.
This change to new limits will take effect on 31st May 2020.
What happens if I wish to remain on a free account plan?
You do not have to do anything at all. We will upgrade your current Basic account plan to the new Starter account plan (also free). The new limits and fees can be found here.
What if I do not agree to these changes taking place?
If you cannot agree to these terms - reach out to us at email@example.com and we might be able to help explain the changes.
If you still cannot agree to these, please get in touch with us on the email above before 31st May 2020 and we will close your account.
