Our member's funds and card balances are segregated in order to ensure the maximum level of security possible. As you go about your spending simply top up your card with the required amount of funds for your daily spend.
This way, should your Plutus Debit Card ever be lost or stolen, the risk of having your funds drained is mitigated.
Note: You cannot transfer your funds from your card balance to your account balance
Transferring funds to your Plutus Debit Card
To move your funds from your Plutus Account balance to your Plutus Debit Card, simply follow the steps below:
1- On the Banking dashboard hit the + next to the debit card balance
2 - Hit Transfer from your Plutus Account and add the amount you'd like to top your card with
3 - Once the transaction is completed, you will be able to use your funds
