Your rewards will appear in the 'Pluton' tab of the web dashboard and mobile application the day after the transaction settles with the merchant. Transactions typically settle in 2-3 days, though it can vary on the merchant.
Please note that not all transactions are eligible for rewards in PLU. You can find the list of exceptions below:
