If, when you signed up to use the Plutus services, you used the built-in 'Continue with Google' feature then you will be unable to reset your password via the 'forgot my password' button on the homepage of either the Plutus Tap & Pay App, or the DEX.
To regain access to your account, there are two solutions:
1. Ensure that you are signed in on Google on your device. This should enable you to access your account using the 'Continue with Google' feature.
Firstly, select 'Continue with Google'
Next, hit 'continue' - if you are using Android you may not see the message displayed below
Finally, select your Google account and enter your Gmail password
2. If the above option doesn't work then we recommend creating a new account, ensuring that you use exactly the same Gmail address as you used when originally logging in. After you have created your account. confirm your email and you will be able to use your Plutus account as normal.
Note - Ensure you use the exact same Gmail address as you did when you originally logged in
