If your Plutus Debit Card is lost or stolen you should report it as soon as possible. This is a simple process that will immediately freeze your card and can be done through the Plutus Mobile app as well as through your Plutus Account.
Note: A card reported as lost or stolen will be immediately, and permanently, disabled by Visa. This means it won't be possible for anyone to use it for any unauthorized transactions. Please, note that if you lost the card and found it afterward, it is not possible to cancel the process and reactivate it.
Note: Due to the ongoing banking partner transition and temporarily, no replacement cards will be issued for EEA users after July 7th, and for UK users after July 20th. Check more information here.
Reporting your card lost or stolen - PlutusDEX Account
1. Log in to your PlutusDex account and navigate to the 'Your Card' section
2. Click 'Report Lost Card' - you should select this option if you believe you have lost your card permanently, it's been stolen, or your card is broken
3. Follow the instructions on the screen and order a shiny new Plutus Debit Card.
There might be a fee required to order a new card.

2. Tap 'Report Lost Card' - you should select this option if you believe you have lost your card permanently, it's been stolen, or your card is broken
