If you've misplaced your card but think you may find it sometime soon, you can freeze your card via the Plutus account or Plutus Mobile App to ensure that nobody can misuse it and conduct fraudulent transactions in your name.
Freezing your card - Plutus Web Application
1. Log in to your Plutus Dashboard and navigate to the 'Your Card' section
2. Click 'Freeze Card' - this feature should be used in cases where you wish to apply a temporary freeze to your card.
To unfreeze your card follow the same steps. Only unfreeze your card when you are confident that there is no risk of malicious usage of your card.

1. Log in to your Plutus Mobile App
2. Tap on 'Card'
3. Hit 'Freeze Card'
All done! While your card is frozen you will be unable to make payments.
