As hard as we try to keep things running smoothly - sometimes things go wrong - but we're always here to put it right. If you find that your Plutus Debit Card is no longer functional, follow these steps and we'll get you up and running as soon as possible:
- Ensure your card is not blocked. If you've recently attempted a transaction and have entered your details (CVV, expiry date, PIN) incorrectly 3 times in a row, then your card may be blocked. If this is the case, you'll need to go to a local ATM that supports card unblocking.
- Make sure your card isn't frozen. You may have frozen it by mistake! See this guide for how to freeze and unfreeze your Plutus Debit Card
- Check your limits. 'Hey, big spender' - you might have hit your spending limits this month. You can check our limits here
