If you encounter a transaction in your Plutus Current Account or Plutus Debit Card that you don't recognise then follow these steps:
- Log in to your Plutus Dashboard and freeze your card - you can find out how to do this here
- Contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org - specify as much detail as you can in regards to your unrecognised transaction
