Are plans free for all users? What about the grandfathering promotion?
April is free for all users, May and June will be free for grandfathered users. Note that everyone is placed in the Starter plan and you need to manually select the plan you prefer (all free in April) by going to the App > Settings > Account Plan > Selecting and confirming your preferred plan.
In May, users that are not enjoying the grandfathering promotion will be indicated to submit a payment method for the plan of their choice, or downgraded to Starter.

I thought it was that perks would only work after 30 days of selecting them. Has that been changed?

The reward line for a perk says that the rebate is 0.00%, but the PLU amount is correct, is it a visual glitch?

Do Perks work with Paypal and Curve?
Yes. If you find an edge case where it didn't, let our Support team know and we will update it.
It seems a specific service is not accepting my Plutus card as payment due to it being issued in another country. What can be done about it?
Our card is issued from England (UK) or Lithuania (EEA). Not accepting foreign cards is a self imposed restriction on some merchants and there is nothing we can do in the short term to change this. A known workaround is using your Plutus Card through Paypal, as this will reflect your Paypal country as source of the payment.
Do Perks work with international purchases of a service (US Amazon Prime for example)?
What triggers the perk is the description of the transaction. As long as the transaction is clearly identified with the name of the brand, it will work. If you find an edge case where it doesn't, let our Support team know for review.
Do alternative brand names work with Perks? Aldi is named Hofer in my country!
We added the most common synonyms, if you find an edge case that we didn't consider, let our Support team know and we will update it.

Can store perk be used over multiple purchases?
Yes, the 10 EUR/GBP doesn't need to be in 1 transaction.
How can I get the new phone app? Is it a new app or an update to the existing one?
The app update has already been rolled out to all the countries. If you don't see it, try this troubleshooting: restart your phone, reinstall your app, force a manual update on the app store.
The PLU charts on my App are not updated to today.

I can't see X feature in the App, is it intended? When will it come?
At the moment, the following features are not available in the phone App but will be brought back during Q2:
- DEX access (only for EEA users as before, work on UK DEX is still undergoing)
- Referral system
- Tracker of rewarded spending
- Tracker of "consumed" perks
- Wallet connection
The biometric login doesn't trigger after switching between Apps.

The internal staking counts now Available PLU instead of Pending, is this correct?
Yes. This has been done in advance for a shorter approval time coming in Q2, but we understand this has not been communicated efficiently and is causing some users to miss their goals of a specific staking tier. Rewards for transactions over 500 GBP/EUR are manually approved by our Support team proactively on the 45 days mark. If you think we missed yours and it's impacting your staking level, contact us and we will solve it on the spot.
I had more PLU in my staking before, but I have less now. What happened?
Check the point above, but also we fixed a bug that incorrectly counted the staking on your external wallets, displaying more PLU than you actually have. It is accurate now.
