This can happen only in 2 circumstances:
- You created the account before or after the promotional date. This is not valid for the increased bonus of this promotion.
- You started the account creation with a referral link before the promo, and then you completed it within the promo date. This is not valid for the increased bonus of this promotion.

For those upgrading from Everyday, your Premium subscription won't take effect until your current Everyday plan expires. Don't worry, simply select the Premium plan between the promotional dates and the £/€14.99 in PLU will be added to your account on 5th January (after your upgrade has taken effect and Plutus can verify that you are now on a Premium subscription).
What do you mean by you must pay for 1x month?
It means one fiat payment must be made (only one is required). Your subscription plan actually has to take effect for a month. Clicking the button 'Select plan' and then immediately clicking 'Cancel plan' won't result in receiving a reward.

When will I receive my Plutus Card?
You can pre-order your Plutus Card now.
In October, you must log back into the app and confirm your delivery address. Upon confirmation, your Plutus Card will immediately be dispatched and should arrive within 7-10 days.
We will notify you via email regarding the exact dates you can confirm your delivery address. Please keep an eye out for any emails from us.
At what stage of onboarding will I secure the reward?
To order a card, you must make the first deposit of €/£20. Upon making this first deposit within the promotional dates, you will secure your reward. This €/£20 belongs to you and can be spent upon receiving your Plutus Card.
What happens if I start the onboarding process during the promotional dates, but finish it outside of the cut-off dates?
You will not be rewarded. You must complete the entire onboarding process and make the first deposit within the promotional period to be eligible.
In instances where the deposit was initiated before the cut-off dates but not processed in time by our banking provider, please contact support@plutus.it and we will review your case.
Do I have to sign up using a specific link?
Yes, only participants who complete onboarding via the promotional link will receive the reward.
What happens if I was already partially through the onboarding process, and then click on the link?
You must create your email and password following the promotional link. If you were/are already partially through the onboarding process, and then click on the link to complete it, you will not be rewarded.
At what stage will I receive the reward?
The $30 in PLU promotional bonus will be waiting for you upon receiving access to your account. You will receive access to your account upon confirming your delivery address - your delivery address can be confirmed in October.
The link is no longer working?
There are two reasons the link may not be working anymore:
- The promotional period has ended
- The promotion has reached its max capacity of 5,000 participants.
I started signing up but halfway through, the campaign reached max capacity - will I still get rewarded?
No, the promotional offer is done on a first come first serve basis.
I am already part of the waitlist, how can I benefit?
The promotional offer is only available to new customers, however, customers who are already part of the wait list will get priority access to receiving their Plutus Cards.

FAQ
I missed a promotion by a very small margin or a reason out of my control. Is there anything that can be done to still benefit from it?
It depends. On one hand, rules are the same and fair for everyone. On the other hand, edge cases will always happen and a sensitive approach may be opportune. Our general approach is the following:
- Being too early/late: Within the same day of the promotion start/end, we may be able to give you a partial bonus, but not the full bonus.
- Support issues with a delayed response: We will honour the full bonus manually as long as you have been in contact with our Support in a timely manner.
- Not following the instructions properly: Most likely we won't be able to help in this case, we need to limit rewards and bonuses to the users following the right steps.
I missed a signup promotion, can I delete and create my account again to benefit from it?
No, the account deletion requires help from Support and the process will take longer than the promotional window. Users who try to create a second account can't be approved until the first account is fully deleted, since the email, phone number and KYC must be unique for all users.
Can I stack multiple promotions like a signup bonus + a referral from a friend?
Not normally, but we will clarify in the notes of each promotion whether this is a possibility. If a user meets the conditions for multiple promotions, the most beneficial one will apply.
Is there any way to know ahead of time when a promotion will happen? Is there any schedule or roadmap for promotions?
No, promotions are usually announced to be in effect imminently, with not a lot of advance warning. They are publicity stunts and the surprise is part of the deal.
