    Hey Andy!

There is no general ETA for this.

If your buy order has matched with a seller, they either need to cancel the order on their side, wait for the order to timeout, or send the funds before your fiat is released from escrow. Otherwise, we risk the buyer receiving both fiat and crypto and the seller loses out.

Although it may appear as 'cancelled' on your side of the trade, you may still receive the crypto you made an order for shortly.

The team will be improving the way cancelled buy orders which are matched are displayed as, currently, they display as cancelled which may not be the case if the order has matched and the seller sends the funds.

Thanks for the promt reply, glad your working on it, the order was partially matched but a further 10 hours passed so cancelled with the intention of seeing if I could get matched at a different price, personally I'm quite happy if the transaction still goes through. As a new user I'm still excited about using plutus going forward, is there anyway us users can help provide liquidity for the dex?

Not just yet. We do have a Pool and Earn feature en route which allow you to be rewarded for becoming a liquidity provider, so do sit tight on that front.

    Exciting times!
