Close your Plutus account

Our old help desk on this address has closed. You can close your account yourself in the Plutus app, in under a minute.

1. Open the Plutus app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Billing.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Close account.
4. Tap Close my account in 30 days.

Your account closes 30 days later and you are not charged again. Until then you can cancel in the same place and keep everything. Once it closes, unused balances and rewards are forfeited.

Cannot find Close account?

Update the Plutus app from the App Store or Google Play, then open it again. In Profile, Settings, the Close account row takes you to the same place.
